Big Sky Stories Supporting Schools and Students with Quality Books

Big Sky Stories partners with schools in far west NSW with books for all

We have really enjoyed partnering with local schools in far west NSW to support their efforts to enable all students to develop lifelong language and literacy skills. One More Page Book Emporium has been able to supply quality books for the new English syllabus, books for classroom reading, books and vouchers for end of year awards and books to support various curriculum areas.

Big Sky Stories donates books to support student wellbeing

Big Sky Stories was pleased to be able to gift 41 books across each primary, secondary and central school in the far west of NSW. We sought to support young readers’ joy of reading and wellbeing. Thank you for supporting Big Sky Stories in being able to share books across our communities through One More Page Book Emporium.

Railway Town Public School SRC Fundraiser supports Big Sky Stories

We were very encouraged and humbled by the huge efforts made by the SRC, students and staff at Railway Town Public School who organised a fun day to raise money for Big Sky Stories. Railway Town Public School have been strong supporters from our very beginning as Jane Vaughan, one of our directors, stepped away from her teaching position there to start Big Sky Stories. Railway Town Public School is the smallest primary school in Broken Hill but they had a fun day dressing in mufti and playing water sloshems which included throwing wet sponges at teachers. Sounds like a blast and a great way to round out the year. They raised over $225 for Big Sky Stories and we are very grateful for their generosity.
